  1. Does MNB sell to the public?
    MNB sells to registered businesses only. We are a wholesaler and do not sell direct to the public.
  2. What is the minimum order?
    $500 EX GST
  3. What are your freight charges?
    Freight charges are additional and calculated upon the weight and size of your order.
    Delivery times are between 3-7 business days with dispatch from our Sydney Warehouse.
  4. I've forgotten my password!
    Please email sales@mnb.com.au with your Company Name and Contact Details.
  5. What does CORE and CLOSEOUT mean?
    A Core range product is continually replenished at MNB. These products will allow for consistent sales throughout the year!
    A Closeout product means that the product is available at MNB for a limited time only! Once it's gone, it's gone forever!
  6. What does INNER and CARTON mean? Products must be purchased in multiples of either the inner or carton quantity.
    This is as products are packed and sealed in this way for secure stock management and transportation.
  7. How do I backorder an item?
    If an item is out of stock, you may be able to backorder this item. This means that these items will be reserved for your next order or delivery. To backorder an item, please refer to the Next Available Date and add to cart as per usual. You will be alerted when stock arrives and are more than welcome to top up your order then.
